Bruno Pascale is the acclaimed chef, owner, and creative man behind Marley’s Gotham Grill, renowned for its extraordinary menu featuring over 400 unique wing flavors. A summa cum laude graduate of the Culinary Arts Institute in Jersey City, Bruno’s culinary journey began in his childhood kitchen in Newark, New Jersey, where traditional Italian cooking from scratch was a family staple. Fluent in Spanish, Italian, English, and Portuguese, his passion for food was ignited at age thirteen and has since fueled a remarkable career.

Bruno Pascale has showcased his talents on national television, winning Cooks vs. Cons in 2016 and competing on Fire Masters in 2019. His award-winning wings have earned him widespread recognition, including a nomination as New Jersey’s Top Dog of Wings. Beyond the kitchen, Bruno is dedicated to giving back to his community, organizing holiday meals for seniors, healthcare workers, and the homeless.

Residing in Flemington, New Jersey, with his wife Laurie and their two adopted daughters, Bruno continues to innovate and expand Marley’s Gotham Grill with plans to bring his signature wings and flavors to communities across America through new restaurant locations and food trucks.
